I know the specific, quiet ache of being misunderstood. My path to becoming a therapist began in my teens, fueled by a need to understand the mental health struggles I couldn’t yet name. Today, as a late-diagnosed neurodivergent and sober person, I don’t just "study" these experiences—I have lived them. I understand the pain of navigating systems that weren't built for your brain or your heart.
My approach is where lived experience meets high-level clinical precision. I am deeply committed to staying at the cutting edge of psychological science, seeking out ongoing trainings in my therapeutic modalities to ensure precise and tailored care. I am EMDR trained to effectively process trauma, and I am currently working toward EMDR certification with the guidance of a consultant. I specialize in the assessment of ADHD and Autism in high-masking adults using the Cherry AADI diagnostic interview.
By integrating EMDR, attachment, structural dissociation theory, and neuro-affirming care, I provide a space that is as intentional as it is compassionate. My goal is to join you in the work of grounding to the present, tuning your nervous system, and healing the "one mind" we are given. Together, we move past the ache and toward a life where you can show up as your genuine, unmasked, and authentic self.
