Therapy with me means working with science-driven, trauma-informed modalities that move beyond traditional talk therapy to the core causes of distress. We will prioritize processing issues at their root, while moving at a pace that’s comfortable for you. Our goal is not just symptom management or talking around the problem, but the integration of your whole, authentic self.
For neurodivergent adults, this results in a space that respects your cognitive and sensory processing needs while actively working toward mental health and self-advocacy.

Yes. All therapy and assessment services are conducted virtually via a secure, HIPAA-compliant telehealth platform. This allows for accessible, comfortable care for adults residing anywhere in California. Telehealth sessions provide the added benefit of a controlled sensory environment, allowing you to engage in therapy in a way that feels best for you.

Good news - yes! Research consistently indicates that telehealth is as effective as in-person therapy, including EMDR therapy. The choice between virtual and in-person sessions is based on personal preference and individual need.

Yes, I provide therapy for adolescents ages 12 and up, as well as adults of all ages. My therapeutic work with teens focuses on the same evidence-based principles used with my adult clients, including support with anxiety, trauma, and neurodivergence.
However, please note that my formal Autism and ADHD assessment services are exclusively available for adults. The evaluation is specifically developed to assess for complexities of late-diagnosed and high-masking neurodivergence in adulthood.

I am an out-of-network provider and do not currently accept insurance. Payment is due at the time of service. However, I provide a monthly "Superbill" (a detailed receipt of services) that you can submit to your insurance provider for potential reimbursement.
I recommend contacting your insurance company directly to inquire about your out-of-network mental health benefits and reimbursement rates for telehealth counseling services in California.

I maintain a limited number of sliding scale slots that I offer based on financial need. If you require a reduced fee, please inquire about current sliding scale availability during your initial consultation.

I accept all major credit cards, HSA, and FSA cards via a secure client portal. Venmo and Zelle are also accepted if preferred.
